How can I see what order forms have been submitted?

A new page will open with a list of all previously submitted order forms. Each row will display "CONVERTED" once the patient has been entered into our system.

The current status of a case is indicated by the Stage shown in the Patients module.

When a case leaves our office the stage will be updated to Case Shipped within the Patients module and an email is sent to your team containing the GSS Case Report and tracking number. This information can also be found by clicking into the individual case from the Patients module.
